HOW IT WORKS

Build a legal six-Pokémon team

Six party slots. Each one stores Pokémon, moves, ability, nature, item and EVs. Coverage and weaknesses update with the party. Creating and saving personal teams requires an account. Saving is confirmed by the server.

Pick a game first. Learnsets, items, abilities and natures are checked against that version group, from Red and Blue through Scarlet and Violet. A set that is legal in Scarlet can still be illegal in FireRed.

ACTIVE PARTY

The active six

Fill an active party of six. Extra Pokémon sit in the box and can move into the party later.

Version-group legality

Set a game version. Moves, items, abilities and natures are checked against that version group, from Red and Blue through Scarlet and Violet.

Type coverage

Offense shows which types the party hits super-effectively. Defense shows shared weaknesses.

Share and export

Copy a view-only share link. Slot fields match a Showdown set: item, ability, nature, EVs and four moves, so a finished team can move into the battle simulator.

FILL A TEAM

Fill one slot at a time

The hub lists saved teams. A new team opens six empty slots and a box. Work one slot at a time, then read the coverage grid before sharing.

  1. Set the game

The version group decides which Pokémon exist, which moves a Pokémon can learn, and whether items, abilities, natures and EVs apply.

  2. Pick the Pokémon

Search the dex, drop a Pokémon into a slot, then move extras to the box. The active party is always six or fewer.

  3. Lock the set

Choose ability, nature, item, EVs and up to four moves. Illegal picks stay visible as gold hints, not as a red error.

  4. Read coverage, then share

Offense and defense update live. A view-only link copies the Showdown-shaped fields so a finished set can move into Versus or the 1v1 simulator.

COVERAGE GRID

How to read type coverage

The analysis is for the selected game, not for a live ladder. Offense asks which types the party hits super-effectively. Defense asks which attacking types hurt more than one slot.

Offense coverage

A gold hole is a type the party cannot hit well. Fill it with a move or a Pokémon before taking the team into a gym or a 1v1.

Defense coverage

Each row is an attacking type. Shared 2× or 4× weaknesses are the rows that decide a wipe. Immunities and resists on the same row are the answer.
