Eevee evolves into Vaporeon with a Water Stone. Eevee evolves into Jolteon with a Thunder Stone; Eevee evolves into Flareon with a Fire Stone.
Locations: Celadon City (100 %, Lv 25). That's all — Eevee is limited to these spots in FR/LG. See the interactive maps for the full area view.
Our take: In FireRed/LeafGreen only the stone decides: Fire Stone (Flareon), Thunder Stone (Jolteon) or Water Stone (Vaporeon) — use it right away, waiting gains nothing. Espeon and Umbreon are impossible in FR/LG because the games have no day/night cycle.
Our take: Yes, with a plan. You get exactly one Eevee per game — the stone choice is final: Vaporeon (bulk) and Jolteon (speed) are Nuzlocke-worthy, Flareon suffers from its movepool.
