Insurance against status nightmares. Automatically cures any status condition — including confusion. A Will-O-Wisp burn or sleep can kill entire sweeps; with a Lum Berry you shrug once and attack anyway. It's standard on setup sweepers (dance moves!) because it secures your setup turn.
