A niche item with two clear jobs. First: the holder never evolves — handy if you want to keep a Pokémon unevolved (cuteness or specific level-up moves). Second: in breeding, the Everstone reliably passes down the holder's Nature in older generations. It does nothing for battle stats — and that's fine, that's not its job.
